I am working alongside a popular flexible office company. They have recently opened a few new locations and are now actively looking to hire a new Community Manager to oversee the daily front of house operations.

The Community Manager will act as the primary point of contact for information, resolving customer issues with accuracy and efficiency, and supporting the General Manager with daily business operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee reception, switchboard, and business center operations as part of a small team.
  • Manage meeting rooms, postal, and administrative tasks.
  • Support smooth business center operations and assist the General Manager.
  • Handle customer inquiries about billing, product issues, and services while maintaining professionalism and building positive client relationships.
  • Update and manage customer service databases.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide solutions, and maintain detailed records of interactions.
  • Manage and drive engagement through social media channels.
  • Organize events and activities with the building management team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or serviced offices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven customer support experience, active listening, and CRM familiarity.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
