International Corporate Social Responsibility Director
Maternity cover
Up to £400 a day
Global Media Business based in West and Central London 2/3 days a week

Providing maternity cover for the Director, Corporate Social Responsibility. The individual will provide consultation and support to all international divisions around social impact issues and opportunities. The candidate will also be responsible for delivering key social impact programs and partnerships, including the annual business Impact Day.
As a member of the broader CSR team, this position reports to the VP, Corporate Social Responsibility and will be based in London.


Key Responsibilities include:
* Provide CSR consultation and support to all brands and divisions outside the U.S. and Canada, helping them navigate complex issues, maximize the impact of non-profit partnerships, contributions & programs, and align local efforts to the business global impact pillars.
* Partner with the business UK Senior Management Team (SMT) and internal colleagues to deliver on UK CSR/DEI strategy, providing regular updates to SMT and broader stakeholders
* Oversee delivery of CSR tentpole initiatives in International markets (working in partnership with local impact ambassadors), including Earth Month and Impact Day, and the business annual employee volunteer day.
* Provide project management support for the youth education & skills initiatives in the UK.
* Build and manage relationships with global and local non-profit organizations.
* Create and curate content to help tell the business impact story.
* Provide local insights and metrics to support the ESG and CSR strategies, feeding regular updates back to key internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Extensive experience working in CSR/social impact
* Strong track record of developing and delivering corporate responsibility programs and campaigns, ideally on both a global and multi-national scale
* Exceptional ability to cultivate strong relationships and lead through influence with internal and external partners.
* Experience developing skills training and education initiatives preferred.
* A passion for and understanding of global social and environmental issues, combined with a knowledge of leading corporate responsibility standards and frameworks.
* Experience developing social impact campaigns, messaging and brands for internal and external audiences.
* Experience managing complex projects
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
* Experience in media and entertainment preferred
* Team oriented, collaborative and flexible
