An exciting opportunity awaits! We are looking for a dedicated Exam Manager to join our team at an all-girls secondary school in Haringey. This role is ideal for an organised professional with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the smooth running of all internal and external exams. As the Exam Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students’ success and maintaining a structured exam environment.

As the Exam Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all exam-related processes within the school. This includes ensuring compliance with exam board regulations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting both students and staff throughout the examination periods.

Exam Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the entire exam schedule, including mock exams, GCSEs, and other assessments.
  • Liaise with exam boards to ensure all entries are made accurately and on time.
  • Oversee the setup of examination rooms and organise exam invigilation teams.
  • Ensure all exam policies and procedures are strictly followed.
  • Coordinate access arrangements for students with additional needs.
  • Manage the secure storage and distribution of exam materials.
  • Support students, staff, and parents with information on examination processes and regulations.

Exam Manager Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Exam Manager or in an exams administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with staff, students, and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and other IT systems.
  • High attention to detail and understanding of exam board regulations.
