Our client, a leading property management organisation in London, is seeking an experienced Front of House Receptionist / Assistant Building Manager to join their team. You'll play a crucial role in managing a vibrant workspace in a converted warehouse at the heart of London.

Position: Front of House / Assistant Building ManagerLocation: Old Street / Angel, London (Fully Office Based)Contract Type: PermanentSalary: £28,000 - £32,500 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:As a Front of House Receptionist / Assistant Building Manager, you will use your property management expertise to ensure the smooth operation of a unique workspace. This is a hands-on role with the following key responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage sign-ins ???* Oversee contractor arrivals and ensure compliance with building procedures* Handle calls and emails promptly, delivering excellent customer service* Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and communal spaces ??* Facilitate agent viewings and assist with deliveries ??* Build strong relationships with tenants, providing updates and support* Conduct regular inspections, logging and reporting maintenance issues ???* Assist with emergency evacuations and tenant community events* Support the Property Management Team with various tasks and projects

Experience:* Previous experience in Property or Building Management is ideal* Experience in Front of House or receptionist roles preferred

Skills:* Excellent people skills with a positive, "can do" attitude* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
