We’re looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join the team of a leading main contractor in the Social Housing sector. In this role, you’ll act as a vital bridge between tenants and the project team, ensuring residents are supported and disruptions are minimized during refurbishments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting regular meetings with client representatives and tenants to uphold excellent customer service standards.

  • Serving as the escalation point for resolving tenant complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinating and managing tenant relationships across multiple sites to ensure smooth project delivery.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with:

  • A UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
  • Prior experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role or a similar position.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and tenant support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with tenants and clients alike.
  • Experience with Social Housing or Decarbonization Fund projects (desirable but not essential).
