KM Recruitment is seeking a Coaching Professional Assessor/Trainer for a home/field-based position with travel flexibility.
The salary for this full-time, 12-month contract role is approximately £30,000, with flexibility based on experience.
Candidates must possess a CMI Level 5 qualification in Coaching or an equivalent, along with a recognized Assessor award such as D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA.
Experience in delivering Apprenticeships, particularly in Coaching Professional, is preferred but not essential, and a full clean driving license is required.
Responsibilities include delivering Coaching Professional Apprenticeships, designing curriculum materials, and managing learner progress documentation.

Duties:

Deliver Coaching Professional Apprenticeships (up to Level 5), using a blended learning approach (face to face and digital learning).
Work to learner review and completion timescales.
Design engaging curriculum and workshop materials, acting as a subject matter expert to launch and drive the success of the programme.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
