Sonic Summary

We are looking for an experienced Employability Coach to work in Waltham Forest at a rate of £19 per hour.
The position requires immediate availability and a valid DBS check.
The successful candidate will deliver tailored sessions to help learners improve their employability skills and source work experience placements.
Candidates should have prior experience in a coaching or educational role to effectively support learners in achieving their career goals.
This is a contract position with eXede Ltd, lasting until mid-January.

Job Opportunity: Employability Coach in Waltham Forest (£19 per hour)We are seeking an experienced Employability Coach to start immediately, working until mid-January. A DBS check is required.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored sessions to help learners develop personal, social, and employability skills.
Source work experience placements and review learner progress.
Provide 1:1 and group support to guide learners towards positive outcomes and career goals.
Offer advice on employability and further education opportunities.
Uphold high standards in customer care, equality, and health and safety.
Safeguard the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults.

Requirements:

Must have a DBS check.
Immediate availability is essential.
