One of London's largest emergency services is seeking qualified External Trainers to deliver training workshops as part of an ongoing programme.of restructure and change, across the organisation This initiative aims to reform and improve policing by focusing on community engagement, cultural sensitivity, and the use of new technologies. This role is crucial in helping staff understand and implement new priorities in their daily work.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver in-depth training workshops on community engagement, cultural sensitivity, and new technologies.
  • Work closely with a permanent facilitator to ensure effective delivery of training content.
  • Participate in any necessary upskilling training to stay current with the programme requirements.
  • Ensure all training materials and presentations are prepared and aligned with the organisaton's standards and goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must hold a Level 4 qualification or above, or a TEP (Training Essentials Programme) 
  • Previous experience in training delivery, preferably within a policing or safeguarding context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to various training locations across London.
  • Must be available to start in April 2025 and commit to the full duration of the contract (4 months).
  • Full qualification required prior to the start of training delivery; proof such as a certificate must be provided.
