Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Leadership Team, you will:

  • Develop and execute the strategy for solar asset management in line with the company's objectives.
  • Lead the management, optimisation, and strategic growth of solar asset portfolios in the UK.
  • Monitor and optimise the financial performance of the portfolios, including revenue, operating costs, and profit margins.
  • Oversee day-to-day management, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency of solar assets.
  • Manage third-party service providers, ensuring adherence to performance standards and contractual obligations.
  • Optimise revenue generation and explore opportunities for system expansion, including the integration of complementary technologies like batteries, EV chargers, and heat pumps.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulators, to ensure transparency and success in the business.
  • Ensure compliance with UK energy regulations, health and safety, and environmental standards

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Extensive knowledge of solar energy operations and asset management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
