A well established and leading Wealth Management firm require an IFA Administrator to join their busy Wealth Planning team to provide support to the Administration Manager, Planners and Paraplanners.

The role:

  • 2 years' experience within a similar role essential
  • Processing new business for clients including ISAs, Pensions, LOAs
  • Monitoring clients ISA subscriptions
  • Creating annual client reports
  • Working closely with Advisers and Paraplanners to gather information
  • Contacting clients and providers to obtain any missing/required information
  • Inputting data and updating and maintaining client records
  • Issuing and following up on information requests to pension providers and life/investment companies in writing and via telephone
  • Liaising with clients on the telephone, via email and if required, attending client meetings
  • Managing the ongoing client review process for the Wealth Planners
  • Maintaining databases including supervisor access, fund updates, template creation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of ISA's, LOAs and pensions
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to apply critical thinking and use initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident when speaking to clients and colleagues
  • Strong numerical literacy, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient using MS office Suite- Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience of Voyant, Finametrica and Intelliflo would be advantageous
