Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Corporate Finance Lead to oversee the financial aspects of large-scale water infrastructure projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that companies manage project funding effectively, delivering value for money while protecting customers and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial oversight of major infrastructure projects, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Analyse financial models, investment strategies, and corporate structures.
- Advise on project finance strategies and funding models.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including water companies, investors, and policymakers.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- A professional finance qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACT) or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in corporate finance, project finance, or infrastructure financing.
- Understanding of company financial structures, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience working with stakeholders in regulatory, public, or private sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts clearly.
