Competitive day rateWorking for a leading global FMCG brand.In this Interim L&D Project Manager role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing this FMCGs learning and development strategy in a move to a skills based learning approach, with a focus on enhancing operational productivity and team effectiveness.You will work closely with the Head of Learning Operations to manage and support various learning improvement projects and you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing project timelines and budgets, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Learning Organisation including gathering requirements and feedback on L&D projects. You will be responsible for defining and prioritising skills development for Learning & Development as well as designing and delivering comprehensive learning and skills development experiences and ensuring alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals and individual career paths.With experience gained in a global matrix FMCG/ retail environment or equivalent, the ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and will be able to identify and address potential risks and issues in project execution, proposing solutions as needed as well as a keen interest in enhancing learning and development initiatives.You will be able to demonstrate how you have improved or implemented ways or working strategies within learning as well as how you document processes and templates that are easily accessible. You will also be able to demonstrate how you have designed and delivered comprehensive learning and skills development experiences and how you have ensured alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals and individual career paths. It is essential that you can work at pace in a complex matrix business with different priorities and can demonstrate experience of using Project Management software including Microsoft Project or Trello. It essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to working in a hybrid manner 3 days per week from the Central London office.
