SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic real estate business in London who are on the look out for an L&D and Training Coordinator to come and join their team on a part-time basis (22.5/23 hours per week). This role is £30K (FTE £46K) and is looking for someone 3 days per week ideally between Monday - Thursday but there can be some flex and this role is an onsite position. The role will be responsible for ensuring that business delivers a 'client first' approach and that processes are fully trained at all levels to ensure that the client experience initiatives are delivered by the business. This position is a key part within the team and requires someone with strong people skills and a confident public speaker as you will be expected to deliver training both 1-1 and also to groups of up to 20 people at a time. We are looking for someone with the following experience; - Has experience in delivering training independently across over multiple sites - Someone who can adapt their training to their audience from CEO's, SLT teams and junior staff - Strong relationship building skills and a confident character - Any experience in CX programs are ideal - Have experience of coaching individuals and teams and in delivering feedback - Strong collaboration skills and someone who is innovative and commercially aware - Any improvement project work is also admirable Some of the day to day duties in this role will include; - Design and implement the required hard and soft skill training courses to ensure optimal client experience - Produce and update learning tools including face-to-face, digital, and blended learning - Be commercially aware of evolving trends in feedback from colleagues and clients on what is required from the training being implemented. - Support recruitment and induction of new colleagues - Support the client experience manager with project work and more! We are looking for a passionate and outgoing L&D professional - someone who is going to be confident and deliver training to ease. This person will also be able to showcase new ideas and be working closely with the HR teams and L&D Business Partner.
