Learning and OD Advisor - Leading National Charity - Remote - £30,000This is an exciting new role working for a leading National Charity providing services that help transform lives. Reporting into the Learning and OD Business Partner you will be responsible for implementing the Learning & OD strategy and ensuring that all colleagues receive the right training at the right time. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Acting as the lead point of contact in providing operational Learning & OD advice and guidance to managers
  • Designing and delivering learning interventions which drive core capabilities from induction through to leadership development
  • Working closely with managers to understand their statutory and mandatory learning requirements
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts in the creation of learning interventions
  • Leading on the identification and development of training needs in designated directorates
  • Overseeing external partners for sourcing, delivery and evaluation of learning provided
  • Working on ad-hoc learning projects

You should be a Learning and Development Advisor with experience of the full learning life cycle from Training Needs Analysis through to evaluation gained working in the charity or not for profit sectors. Excellent stakeholder management skills need to be combined with an ability to facilitate innovative learning solutions and to work in a remote team environment.
