About the Role: Service Care Solutions is seeking experienced Trainer Facilitators to support the implementation of the National Management & Leadership Framework (NMFL) across key London sites, including the Docklands. This role is crucial to delivering a values, culture, and victim-focused training program, with the initial phase commencing on 23rd September for a 6-month period.Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate in-person training sessions, leading discussions and blended learning experiences.
  • Tailor training delivery to engage learners and foster inclusive participation.
  • Create a positive learning environment, promoting open communication and critical thinking.
  • Provide feedback and coordinate with Learning & Development professionals to ensure effective delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:Phase 1 – Starting 23rd September:? Level 4 Education/Training Qualification OR College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme (TEP) OR equivalent experience.? Experience in operational policing or the criminal justice sector (highly desirable).Phase 2 – Following the Initial 6 Months:? Level 4 Education or Training Qualification OR Completion of the College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme (required).Vetting: Current vetting status is required. We are liaising with the Vetting Unit and Met HR for potential exemptions due to the urgency of the start date.Application Process??
