I am recruiting for a Programmatic Manager position within an independent and collaborative media agency based in London, where programmatic expertise is integral to driving performance across key client verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life-cycle of programmatic campaigns involved with planning, activation, optimisation, analysis, reporting and insight delivery.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Champion QA processes for precise campaign execution.
- Mentor and support team members, contributing to their professional growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, attending events and evaluating emerging tech.
Your Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of programmatic trading experience with expertise in DSPs such as DV360, Trade Desk, AdForm, Adobe DSP.
- Strong data analysis and project management skills.
- Leadership ability to delegate tasks and mentor junior members of the team.
- Great project management skills with the ability to juggle various campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to deliver insights and recommendations.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
