- Oversee the development and implementation of a quality assurance framework and monitor the effectiveness of training and Apprenticeships delivered.
- Manage the internal quality cycle, including the monitoring and completion of Self-Assessments and Quality Improvement Plans.
- Manage a team of 8 within the quality team, ensuring compliance and adherence to the relevant processes.
- Lead in preparation for Ofsted and undertake the role of Deputy Nominee.
- Lead and Manage standardisation meetings, to ensure programmes/courses are enhanced and developed effectively.
- Manage OTLA's and ensure that feedback is communicated in a clear and constructive manner, so suitable development plans can be devised in conjunction with the management team.
- Ensure suitable monitoring systems are in place, to ensure that contracts meet the requirements of our client, and regulators e.g. Ofsted, OfS, Fit to Train etc.
- Delivering training to the delivery staff in-line with contractual requirements, and teaching/assessment standards.
- Implementing, improving and reviewing processes to ensure quality and compliance requirements are maintained.
- Ensure quality assurance activities are aligned to IQA strategies and AO requirements.
- Experience of working within a similar level of role
- Must be a qualified IQA, with experience current/previous Ofsted nominee experience (Apprenticeship provision).
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted, Awarding Bodies and funding rules.
- Proven experience of improving quality standards for Apprenticeships.
- Experience of leading and implementing new quality processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
