KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Quality Business Partner (Training and Apprenticeships)Location: London - Home/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)Salary: £62,000 + BenefitsType: Full Time, Permanent KM Education Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an exceptional training organisation seeking to appoint an experienced Quality Business Partner for their Training and Apprenticeship division. Duties include (but are not limited to): 
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a quality assurance framework and monitor the effectiveness of training and Apprenticeships delivered.
  • Manage the internal quality cycle, including the monitoring and completion of Self-Assessments and Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Manage a team of 8 within the quality team, ensuring compliance and adherence to the relevant processes.
  • Lead in preparation for Ofsted and undertake the role of Deputy Nominee.
  • Lead and Manage standardisation meetings, to ensure programmes/courses are enhanced and developed effectively.
  • Manage OTLA's and ensure that feedback is communicated in a clear and constructive manner, so suitable development plans can be devised in conjunction with the management team.
  • Ensure suitable monitoring systems are in place, to ensure that contracts meet the requirements of our client, and regulators e.g. Ofsted, OfS, Fit to Train etc. 
  • Delivering training to the delivery staff in-line with contractual requirements, and teaching/assessment standards.
  • Implementing, improving and reviewing processes to ensure quality and compliance requirements are maintained.
  • Ensure quality assurance activities are aligned to IQA strategies and AO requirements.
Criteria:
  • Experience of working within a similar level of role
  • Must be a qualified IQA, with experience current/previous Ofsted nominee experience (Apprenticeship provision). 
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted, Awarding Bodies and funding rules.
  • Proven experience of improving quality standards for Apprenticeships.
  • Experience of leading and implementing new quality processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
