  • The salary for this position ranges from £50k to £60k, plus bonuses and benefits.

We seek someone with at least 5 years experience within a training role, with an In-depth knowledge of instructional design and good knowledge and experience using the eLearning authoring tools Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise and Vyond with knowledge of the financial industry, ideally investments platforms, or adviser markets and a passion for learning - Keen to provide engaging learning experiences with a desire to continuously improve and adapt, keeping in touch with changing learning technologies and approaches;

Responsible for the design, execution and delivery of the full annual cycle of regulatory and mandatory learning; • Analyse and report on learning data, including producing accurate, timely and regular reporting to inform the Leadership team, stakeholders and sponsors of current progress.

Someone with a working understanding of financial regulations and Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
