We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio Administrator to join a vibrant and creative architecture practice. This role is key to the smooth running of our studio, providing essential administrative support to the design teams and ensuring that the office operates efficiently. You will work closely with the Directors and Studio Manager to keep everything running smoothly and assist with the daily operations of a busy creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the Directors and design teams, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings.

Oversee office supplies and studio logistics to ensure everything is well-maintained and operational.

Organise travel arrangements, events, and team activities.

Prepare and distribute project documentation and presentations.

Manage communications with clients and external partners, ensuring a professional and efficient flow of information.

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a creative or architectural environment.

Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic studio environment.
