An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Studio Coordinator to join a growing architecture practice. This role is perfect for someone with a strong organisational mindset, ready to support a creative team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating team activities, and maintaining the flow of information within the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate meetings, travel, and studio schedules for the Directors and design teams.

Provide general administrative support and ensure the studio is organised and well-stocked.

Handle communication with clients, contractors, and other external parties.

Assist in the preparation for studio presentations, events, and exhibitions.

Ensure smooth operations of the studio and anticipate any logistical needs.

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role within a creative environment.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, friendly attitude.

A passion for architecture and design, with a desire to support a creative team.
