We are seeking qualified Trainers. The role requires individuals with a passion for education and training within the operational policing or criminal justice sector.

Pay rate: £250 PAYE / £320.38 umbrella - per day (paid weekly)

Location: London

Hours: Office hours 09:00am - 17:00pm - ideally onsite 5 days per week

Expenses: No expenses paid unless previously agreed with the client

Contract duration: Temporary ongoing

Duties:

  • Facilitate diverse in-person sessions including challenging discussions and blended learning experiences, ensuring that all participants are engaged and can actively participate.
  • Tailor training delivery approaches to maximise learner inclusion, accommodating individual learner needs. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes high levels of learner engagement and participation, encouraging open communication and critical thinking.
  • Collect feedback from training participants, mentors, and other stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement in the training delivery and content.
  • Coordinate with other L&D professionals to align training initiatives with broader organisational goals and strategies.
  • Ensure that all training delivery methods are inclusive, accessible, and respectful of diverse cultural backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Key Criteria:

  • Level 4 education/training-based qualification or College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme or equivalent.
  • Experience in operational policing / criminal justice sector (highly desirable)
