This opportunity would be ideal for a Bid Coordinator, Bid Manager, or Proposals Specialist with proven experience in the architecture or construction sector and confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud.

Duties:
- Coordinate and deliver bespoke bid submissions for allocated tenders, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and evaluate winning strategies in collaboration with sector directors.
- Lead the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with deadlines and processes.
- Organize and manage bid-related meetings and resources.
- Oversee and manage the tender program in line with company procedures.
- Support marketing activities, including event planning, awards submissions, and administrative tasks.
- Arrange and coordinate photography and video shoots for project documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator in an Architectural or Interior Design studio
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Open Asset is a bonus
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with people both internally and externally
