Bid Coordinator
Location: Central London
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and ambitious Bid Coordinator to join an international Architectural studio, renowned for their work in the Residential and Mixed-Use property sector. Delivering landmark redevelopment projects, with a fantastic ethos of contemporary contextualism, our client prioritises design of large-scale Residential developments that carefully incorporate the history and space of an area. This opportunity would be ideal for a Bid Coordinator, Bid Manager, or Proposals Specialist with proven experience in the architecture or construction sector and confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud.

Office:

Duties:

  1. Coordinate and deliver bespoke bid submissions for allocated tenders, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  2. Develop and evaluate winning strategies in collaboration with sector directors.
  3. Lead the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with deadlines and processes.
  4. Organize and manage bid-related meetings and resources.
  5. Oversee and manage the tender program in line with company procedures.
  6. Support marketing activities, including event planning, awards submissions, and administrative tasks.
  7. Arrange and coordinate photography and video shoots for project documentation.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator in an Architectural or Interior Design studio
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Open Asset is a bonus
  4. Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
  5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet multiple deadlines
  6. Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with people both internally and externally
