**eLearning Designer** (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension)

Location: Remote (Occasional visits to London site)

Rate: A highly competitive day rate or salary is available for suitable candidates

Role Profile

As an e-Learning Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing learning modules focused on our key products. This will support a standardised approach throughout the business area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Project Managers (PMs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify gaps and updates needed in existing learning materials.
  • Developing engaging and innovative learning content that meets the needs of our teams.
  • Building strong relationships with SMEs and content owners to ensure accuracy and timeliness of materials.
  • Researching subject matter to gain a deep understanding of topics to inform your designs.
  • Liaising with internal e-learning specialists to implement best practises in learning design.
  • Managing content delivery and timelines, ensuring all key milestones are met.
  • Identifying signatories and obtaining necessary approvals for modules.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in designing and delivering e-learning modules using applications like Articulate Storyline.
  • Experience in designing and script writing digital learning solutions across various formats such as podcasts, videos, and infographics.
  • A collaborative mindset to work with PMs and SMEs, creating innovative and engaging learning resources.
  • Strong understanding of learning design principles and best practises, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience troubleshooting content issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • A proactive approach to managing your workload and taking ownership of projects.
  • Knowledge of implementing accreditation programmes within a learning solution.
  • Broader blended learning design experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current accessibility standards.
