We are looking for a Head of Learning and Development for a fantastic cutting edge, innovative events business who have exciting growth plans.
You will lead and develop the L&D strategy across the business and your focus will be to successfully develop and run a highly engaging L&D offering which will include an exceptional induction and onboarding programme, great career development opportunities and an outstanding customer experience offering. You will also be responsible for launching outreach education programmes including career workshops, apprenticeships and mentorship programmes.
With a proven track record of developing and delivering L&D programmes and initiatives across all levels ideally gained within the events, leisure or hospitality sectors, you will possess the confidence to engage a diverse audience and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative in your approach, you will also be data driven and have a genuine passion for inspiring people to learn and develop.
