- Embed best practices related to Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and Equal Opportunities in all training activities.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as Ofsted, ESFA, and IfATE.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, both in subject expertise and teaching practice.
- Hold a relevant Teaching qualification - PGCE or equivalent.
- Proven success in delivering high-quality training, with evidence of positive learner outcomes and satisfaction.
- Experience in developing processes that enhance quality and meet Ofsted and apprenticeship standards.
- Skilled in designing and maintaining industry-relevant curriculum content that reflects current standards and practices.
- Thorough understanding of safeguarding and Prevent responsibilities, with proactive support for vulnerable learners.
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders, including employers and awarding bodies, to optimise learner outcomes.
- Adaptable, with experience managing change in a fast-paced environment.
