Are you an immediate available Learning & Development professional? Do you have with a proven track record in e-learning implementation and learning management system integration?

I am working with a membership organisation who are looking for a skilled Learning & Development (L&D) professional to join our team on a temporary basis, covering an absence for approximately 2-3 months. This role offers a fantastic balance of remote and on-site working, with only one day per week required in there central London office.

£24.73 - £27.47 per hour PAYE

Previous experience with iTrent is adventurous. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.

Role

  • Finalise the Training Calendar for the upcoming financial year, sourcing providers and coordinating training sessions.
  • Implement e-learning solutions, including iHasco for mandatory trainings and transitioning from the current system to LinkedIn Learning.
  • Enhance HRIS (iTrent) by reviewing and refining existing learning modules.
  • Analyse training needs identified through performance reviews and develop targeted solutions.
  • Organise Respect and Inclusion training for all new employees.
  • Support with project work as well as other ad-hoc tasks as required.
