Learning & Development Co-ordinator

Interim 3 months initially (potential perm)

£40k equivalent hourly rate

Supporting an employee base of 950, this is a newly created role that is the hub that ensures all things learning happen in the organisation. Reporting into the Talent Manager, you will over see all aspects of the learning cycle from an administrative perspective

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with venues and book suitable training rooms
  • Co-ordinate delegates pre training paperwork
  • Welcome delegates at the course site and intro the organisation
  • Book suppliers for numerous training programmes
  • Answer queries relating to the training course
  • All training administration
