Learning & Development Co-ordinator
Interim 3 months initially (potential perm)
£40k equivalent hourly rate

Hybrid working - 2 days on site
London based
Supporting an employee base of 950, this is a newly created role that is the hub that ensures all things learning happen in the organisation. Reporting into the Talent Manager, you will over see all aspects of the learning cycle from an administrative perspective
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with venues and book suitable training rooms
- Co-ordinate delegates pre training paperwork
- Welcome delegates at the course site and intro the organisation
- Book suppliers for numerous training programmes
- Answer queries relating to the training course
- All training administration
Background:
- Highly organised
- Worked in a training co-ordination role previously
- Works with a high degree of accuracy
- Able to present in front of different cohorts
- A self-starter able to work on your own initiative
- Diligent and hard working
- Reliable
- Strong time management
- A natural communicator with a customer centric style
Our client is also open to a career changer who has delivered training from an operational perspective in their role and looking to transition across into an HR environment.
