About the role:


* As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and leading a training and development plan aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Your focus will be on identifying current and future skills gaps and implementing flexible learning interventions to meet business needs.
* You will also play a key role in our grow our own strategy by developing programs for early careers and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct annual training needs analysis and develop a comprehensive Training Plan.
* Oversee the training competency and skills matrix.
* Manage and facilitate all training requests and relationships with external partners.
* Support in-house and external development and training from workforce to leadership levels.
* Manage the training budget and relationships with relevant organizations, colleges, and universities.
* Advise trainees on suitable qualification routes and manage professional/academic qualifications policies.
* Facilitate initiatives linked to employment and skills, job fairs, and employability programs.

About You
* Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role and be motivated, with exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, along with high energy and a hands-on approach.
