About the role:

* As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and leading a training and development plan aligned with the overall business strategy.* Your focus will be on identifying current and future skills gaps and implementing flexible learning interventions to meet business needs.* You will also play a key role in our grow our own strategy by developing programs for early careers and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities* Conduct annual training needs analysis and develop a comprehensive Training Plan.* Oversee the training competency and skills matrix.* Manage and facilitate all training requests and relationships with external partners.* Support in-house and external development and training from workforce to leadership levels.* Manage the training budget and relationships with relevant organizations, colleges, and universities.* Advise trainees on suitable qualification routes and manage professional/academic qualifications policies.* Facilitate initiatives linked to employment and skills, job fairs, and employability programs.
