We’re looking for an L&D Specialist to join a fast-growing, retail brand on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a rapidly expanding business during a high-energy period of global growth.

With new international store openings, e-commerce expansion, and a global L&D rollout, this role will be key in driving learning initiatives forward. You’ll work on launching a new LMS, a new customer service proposition, and ensuring global L&D consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing

? Design & Deliver Learning Solutions - Develop engaging, relevant, and accessible learning solutions for global retail teams, ensuring they can provide an exceptional customer experience.? LMS & Digital Learning - Support the launch of the new LMS, ensuring it meets the needs of a fast-paced retail environment.? Retail Training & Development - Create and deliver tailored materials, workshops, and training sessions to upskill retail colleagues worldwide.? Equity, Diversity & Inclusion - Develop toolkits and learning experiences that support an inclusive and diverse workplace.? Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with key stakeholders, confidently influencing and shaping L&D initiatives.? Compliance & Reporting - Monitor training completion rates and compliance, ensuring action plans for 100% completion.? Apprenticeships & Career Development - Support the company’s retail apprenticeship programme, helping to develop the next generation of talent.

What We’re Looking For

? Retail L&D Experience - Ideally within a global, fast-paced environment.? LMS Implementation Knowledge - Dayforce Learning experience is a plus!? Passionate About Learning - Someone engaging, knowledgeable, and skilled in adult learning principles.? Great Communicator & Influencer - Confident in working with senior stakeholders and retail teams.? Proactive & Hands-On - Able to hit the ground running and make an impact quickly.? Global Mindset - Experience with international L&D projects and openness to travel if required.
