We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Learning and Development Specialist to join our client's team.This role will focus on developing and delivering training programs, supporting employee development, and assisting with various HR functions, including employee relations and queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Training: Create and implement professional development, leadership, and role-specific training programs.
- Training Needs Assessment: Identify skills gaps through consultations with managers and employees.
- Employee Development: Provide coaching and guidance for career growth, and assist managers in supporting their teams.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Manage and optimise the LMS, track usage, and work with vendors for new content.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations when necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in Learning and Development or a related HR role.
- Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 or 5 in Human Resource Management or Learning and Development.
- Experience in Training Development: Proven experience creating and facilitating training programs.
- Background: Ideally from a construction industry background.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, experience with Learning Management Systems, and the ability to handle confidential information.
