The Role: Learning and Development Co-ordinatorThe purpose of this role is to contribute to the development and delivery of the Group L&D Strategy thus empowering our colleagues to drive their own career development. The Learning Co-ordinator will provide administrative support to the Group L&D function as well as being a critical contributor in delivering a successful L&D offering to the Group.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with day-to-day management and oversight of Workday Learning, supporting employees and managers to fully utilise Workday’s self-service functionality, working in partnership with the ‘Workday Team’.
  • Support the team in optimising Workday Learning as well as delivering full enablement of Workday Learning to our International People teams as and when required.
  • Provide first line support for all L&D related queries across PIB Group.  Ensuring swift query resolution and proactive communications with colleagues at all times.
  • Provide an efficient transactional L&D service for course administration that isn’t available via Workday. 
  • Coordinate logistics for ‘in person’ sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, materials preparation and refreshments.
  • Support the team with designing and developing digital learning solutions aligned to our strategic priorities.
  • Design professional L&D support materials and communication.
  • Process professional qualification applications. 
  • Log and track L&D invoices.
  • Evaluate the impact of L&D programmes and make recommendations to improve. 
  • Provide key data and analytics to inform our learning strategy and ensure we’re delivering optimal outcomes.
  • Support with the identification of suitable external delivery partners to support with the execution of the L&D strategy and monitor their ongoing provision to ensure content remains fit for purpose.
  • Work in partnership with the Group Communications and Engagement team to increase overall engagement with all Learning and Development programmes. Maintain the Learning and Development pages on Portal. 
  • Provide support and guidance to internal customers around best-fit learning and development solutions for their business needs.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with managers and business contacts to support the L&D strategy and drive the L&D culture across the business
  • Work in partnership with Group Risk and Compliance to support the successful execution of their mandatory learning strategy. 
  • Support with, and lead on L&D projects (within scope of role).
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of L&D best practice.
Experience:Essential
  • Educated to A-Level standard or other Level 3 qualification, demonstrating a good standard of literacy & numeracy.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and/or a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • An understanding of Learning and Development processes and administration
  • Able to work accurately with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • The ability to work to deadlines.
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service. 
  • Able to support and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Able to balance individual and team tasks.
Desirable
  • Recognised Level 3 or above L&D or HR qualification.
  • Experience of Workday system.
  • Previous L&D experience in an admin or co-ordinator role.
  • Use of digital learning authoring tools.
  • Design and delivery of learning content.
