Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Wood Green.

Role Purpose

  • Develop and implement learning & development strategies that support staff and organisational goals.
  • Lead training programs and organisational development projects to drive positive change.
  • Ensure employee development aligns with business needs and strategic objectives.

Main Duties

  • Work with leadership to identify staff training needs and create impactful development strategies.
  • Manage learning programs, including mentoring, coaching, and sourcing external training providers.
  • Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and report on training effectiveness.
  • Lead culture change initiatives, staff inductions, and management development programs.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with mandatory training, such as safeguarding and equality & diversity.
  • Represent the organisation in external networks, staying updated on best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
  • Strong experience in learning & development, change management, and organisational growth.
  • Proven ability to design and implement training programs that drive improvement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
