OD Business Partner

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Wood Green.
Role Purpose
- Develop and implement learning & development strategies that support staff and organisational goals.
- Lead training programs and organisational development projects to drive positive change.
- Ensure employee development aligns with business needs and strategic objectives.
Main Duties
- Work with leadership to identify staff training needs and create impactful development strategies.
- Manage learning programs, including mentoring, coaching, and sourcing external training providers.
- Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and report on training effectiveness.
- Lead culture change initiatives, staff inductions, and management development programs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with mandatory training, such as safeguarding and equality & diversity.
- Represent the organisation in external networks, staying updated on best practices.
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong experience in learning & development, change management, and organisational growth.
- Proven ability to design and implement training programs that drive improvement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
