MLC Partners are seeking an Organisational Development Lead for an NHS organisation for an initial 3-month period.
The role involves delivering PDP & ODP processes, designing and delivering key skills training, and collaborating with senior leaders.
Key responsibilities include statutory training, talent management, and organisational development at a senior level.
Candidates must have a background in Organisational Development, experience in developing PDP processes for senior leaders, and delivering training.
Experience in the NHS or wider public sector is essential, and the role is considered inside IR35 with a competitive salary offered.

MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation to recruit an Organisational Development Lead to join them for an initial 3 month period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of PDP & ODP process, help to design and deliver key skills training and working with senior leaders. This will include any statutory and mandatory training, talent management and OD work at a senior level.

The successful candidate will have a background Organisational Development, have developed PDP processes/plans for senior leaders and delivering training. Experience of working the NHS and/or wider public sector is essential.

This role is considered inside IR35.
