My client, a large and complex public sector organisation in London now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note: This role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week working on-site in central London.

In this newly created role you will lead a team of OD Partners in the provision of an OD partnering service across the organisation, using a range of organisational development consulting and diagnostic methods to deliver the learning and leadership development offer.

This is a hands-on role in which you will lead a range of large-scale digitally integrated blended learning and leadership development programmes and initiatives and lead the embedding of an OD partnering approach across the whole OD life-cycle.

To be considered you will need to be a highly credible and skilled Learning & Development or Organisational Development professional with significant experience acting as an internal consultant, designing, delivering and evaluating end-to-end people development solutions within a large, complex organisation. You will also require excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills as well as proven experience of leading, managing and developing teams to deliver an excellent service.
