Oakleaf Partnerships are representing a leading chartered accountancy and tax advisory firm who are seeking a Professional Development Assistant to join their busy six-person team in their London offices.

The role focusses on coordinating training programs and supporting recruitment for the firms early careers initiatives and experienced hires.

What is the role

Key Responsibilities will involve:

  • Manage ACA Graduate and Tax Apprentice development programs including onboarding, inductions, and exam tracking
  • Coordinate professional development sessions for Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors
  • Maintain training records, CPD compliance, and internal systems
  • Support early careers recruitment campaigns through application screening and interview coordination
  • Administer candidate assessments and maintain recruitment communications
  • Manage social media presence for recruitment initiatives

Candidate profile / experience

The ideal candidate will

  • Minimum 2 years' training-related experience in professional services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven interest in professional development
  • Excellence in written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive approach to managing competing priorities
  • Degree educated (desirable)
  • Experience with corporate social media management
