The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Project Manager to oversee multiple high-profile projects across London and the Home Counties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing M&E projects, from planning and design through to delivery and handover.
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency.
• Overseeing procurement of materials and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Providing technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring quality control at all stages.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to throughout all phases of the project.
• Reporting regularly on project progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior M&E Project Manager, ideally in a mobile role covering multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and regulations.
• Experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC, HND, or equivalent).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across London and the Home Counties.
• Delt with tendering process
