Oakleaf Partnership is representing a Global Law Firm with a strong reputation and growth plan! This organisation is looking for an interim Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a fantastic role which offers a unique blend of hands-on recruitment of legal professionals along with the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team in a supportive and dynamic environment. If you are an experienced In-House Recruiter with current experience of recruiting in the legal profession, then this is the role for you!

What is the role

You will be responsible for the recruitment of fee earners and business services. You will get involved with utilising data and dashboards to optimise recruitment processes, enhancing both internal client and candidate experiences. You will be playing a key role in advancing DE&I initiatives and potentially contribute to AI implementation within the recruitment function. You will be revamping and modernising the interview process to attract top-tier talent. You will also drive projects aimed at strengthening the firm's internal client experience, bringing innovative ideas to the recruitment landscape.

Candidate profile/Experience

  • Significant in-house recruitment experience within Legal, Consultancy, or Accountancy.
  • A strong track record in recruitment delivery, coupled with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset to support strategic decisions.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standard
