Are you a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment professional with strong recruitment experience in an Agency or In-house environment, looking for an exciting new role within a market-leading business offering the chance to join a highly skilled team and to become a long term member for a world leading organization.

The business is an organization in the Healthcare space, who recognize hard work and dedication and are willing to provide extensive exposure and opportunities to succeed.

The purpose of the role is being part of the in-house recruitment team providing support for a range of technical roles in the EMEA region. They are looking for someone who can speak German and can work well on their own.

Your Role:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, ensuring all stages are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
  • Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team, ensuring they are equipped to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future needs.
  • Enhance and promote the brand to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and company policies.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Must speak German to a professional level.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in in house Talent Acquisition or Agency recruitment.
  • Good experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record in direct sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Influencing experience, with the ability to influence at a senior level.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
