Our client, a non for profit organisation that supports children and young adults with learning difficulties, is seeking an in house Training and Development Officer to join the team. You will be responsible for devising and presenting a range of learning and development programming across the team.

Please note, this role offers hybrid working. Tasks include: * Understanding the learning and development requirements of the organisation and developing appropriate programming * Delivering programmes in various group settings and online* Developing programming to cover inclusivity, wellbeing and company culture, aside from other essential learning and development coursesYou will be: * Educated to Degree level essential * CIPD Qualifications desirable * Experience working closely with HR teams* Experienced developing programming and confident at presenting to colleagues at all levels of an organisation This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate with two to three years' experience in a similar environment, keen to make a real difference supporting individuals and their families with challenging backgrounds.
