Training Support

London, 3 days a week in the office 2 days WFH

We are working in partnership with a well-known global technology firm to hire a training delivery manager. Their approach is evolving into a fully blended model, and the Programs and Deployment team is focused on creating and implementing programs that enable the best experience.

This London-based role supports the team with the deployment and measurement of scalable training solutions across a wide and varied region. The role also assists in executing central events efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in running in-person events for up to 50 participants, collaborating with the Events team.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across 30+ countries with clear, timely communication.
  • Arrange and coordinate speakers and agendas.
  • Assist the team in planning and executing the event schedule for new learning paths.
  • Support regional teams in expanding training content via partner LMS platforms.
  • Track training content consumption by partner staff and follow up with country teams.
  • Identify and communicate gaps or issues affecting training success and find opportunities for improvement.
  • Measure impact on cost and time savings.
  • Document processes and produce relevant playbooks.

Required Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands-on self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
