Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring the company competency cloud system (assisted by training coordinators / h & S teams / project teams at sub company level) and actioning expired / expiring training requests.
  2. Sending weekly training reports / matrix downloadable from the competency cloud system.
  3. Notifying of expiring training (assisted by training coordinators / h & S teams / project teams at sub company level)
  4. Adding new employees to training system.
  5. Applying for CITB grants
  6. Booking company training requests.
  7. Maintaining relationships with training providers and seeking best possible training available.
  8. Maintaining a list of approved training suppliers
  9. Booking of occupational health medicals and maintaining matrix
  10. Approving training invoices
  11. Applying for training grants
  12. Maintaining a record of financial training outgoings
  13. Utilization of apprentice levy (assisted by training coordinators / h & S teams / project teams at sub company level)
  14. Analysing training and upskilling needs
