We are delighted to be working with this Waterloo based law firm with a fantastic reputation. They have been going for over 120 years and are recruiting for a Court of Protection Paralegal on a permanent full-time basis.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Typical duties include:
- Assisting with delegated tasks, primarily Court of Protection law cases
- Visiting clients at care homes, hospitals and their homes
- Drafting and Summarising documents, such as witness statements and court applications
- Giving advice and acting as a point of contact on different cases
- Building and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Candidate specification:
- Experience as a Paralegal within Court of Protection matters
- Degree or a similar qualification
- Employment experience within a legal firm
- Have an interest and passion for this area of law
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work within a team or as an individual
- Outstanding organisation skills
