For this role we are looking for an excellent relationship builder who can engage effectively with Peers from across parties to advocate for LGBTQ+ communities. You'll also have experience in drafting timely and accurate policy briefings, a good awareness and understanding of current political issues in the House of Lords, and the ability to mobilise Peers on key issues affecting LGBTQ+ communities and present our priorities effectively.
