Court of Protection Paralegal£ 31,200City of London THE COMPANY: Our client is a successful law firm based in the City of London, who are seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal to join on a permanent basis. THE ROLE: - Day to day contract with clients and their individual lifestyle requirements
- Attend clients at hospitals, care homes and their home
- Manage professionally written and telephone correspondence with clients and solicitors
- Assist with provision of legal advice and take notes in client meetings
THE PERSON: - Experience working as a Paralegal within the Court of Protection
- Degree in Law or CILEx would be desirable
- The ability to work for several fee-earners
- Flexible and proactive with a “can do” attitude
