A great new opportunity to work in a multi-office, multi-service, medium sized law firm based in Wimbledon. This is a brand new role within a reputable law firm that mainly deals with high net worth clients, offering great exposure to really help you gain the best experience in an amazing environment.

My client is looking for a paralegal to join the residential property team in their Wimbledon office due to it becoming so busy. My client is looking for someone to join the team and support a senior solicitor on their workload. This new role is available as their current paralegal has just secured a training contract within the firm - which could be the same opportunity for you!

The day to day tasks for this role will include assisting the senior solicitor with a caseload of sales and purchases files from inception to completion. As well as this you would be working on freehold and leasehold properties, shared ownership, remortgages and transfer of equity. This is an amazing opportunity to gain hands-on, quality experience in a friendly and professional law firm whilst also working your way up within a firm.

Requirements
A degree from a UK University (2:1 and above).
At least 1-years' working in conveyancing at a firm in England.
Experience using case management systems.
Ambitious and hardworking attitude.
