Duties of the role will include:-

  • Overseeing the sales process for property transactions, tracking progress from the point of offer acceptance through to exchange and completion.

  • To be the primary contact for vendors, buyers, and solicitors, providing regular updates and answering inquiries throughout the sales process.

  • You will collaborate with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and facilitate smooth transactions.

  • You will maintain accurate records of all interactions and communications related to sales transactions in the CRM system and proactively chase solicitors and buyers for updates, ensuring that all necessary information is provided to avoid delays in the transaction process.

  • Identify and address any potential issues or delays in the sales process, working with appropriate parties to find solutions.

  • Stay informed about current market trends and property values to provide informed insights to clients and colleagues.

Candidates suited to this role will have gained a minimum of 2 - 3 years previous experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Candidates need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with all parties involved.
