Our client, a Legal 500 law firm based in the City, is seeking an NQ to 2-year PQE solicitor to join their Litigation Department, focusing on property and landlord & tenant disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle landlord & tenant disputes (HMO licenses, disrepair, evictions, possession, deposit disputes).
- Manage contract disputes, debt recovery, bailiffs, enforcement, and interim injunctions.
- Expertise in the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, Housing Act 2004, leasehold/freehold disputes, and tenancy agreements.
- Conduct Small Claims, Multi-Track, and Fast Track cases.
- Draft claims, defences, bundles, and court documents.
Requirements:
- NQ to 2 years PQE as a solicitor with litigation and landlord & tenant law experience.
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and County Court processes.
