My client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of litigation matters, providing legal advice and representation to clients, and managing cases from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on litigation strategies and potential outcomes.
- Managing a caseload of litigation matters and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation practices.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
